Guidelines for Online Orders from and to Switzerland

This information is intended to help you understand the ordering process and delivery terms for Swiss customers.

Billing Address - Delivery Address Switzerland

If both the billing and delivery address of an order are in Switzerland, you will receive a net invoice from us (invoice excluding German VAT).

We are subject to the requirements of the Mühlacker tax office.

Shipping of Packageable Goods with DHL Economy

No VAT will be shown on your KAEMP 8848 invoice (billing and delivery address Switzerland). The import sales taxes, commissions, and customs duties levied by Switzerland depend on the value of the goods and the weight of the delivery and are collected by Swiss customs. These must be paid by the recipient (customer) upon acceptance of the package.

Payment by Bank Transfer

Please note the following procedure when paying by bank transfer:

Step 1:
Select SEPA transfer.
Step 2:
Select the "OUR" function: Here, the transferor bears all costs. This includes the fees charged by the recipient's financial institution upon receipt of the transfer amount.

When executing the bank transfer, please only use "OUR". This ensures that the transaction proceeds correctly and the shipment is made as quickly as possible.

If SEPA costs are charged to us during invoice verification, we will unfortunately not be able to ship the goods you ordered until the invoice amount has been fully credited to our account.

We ask for your understanding.

Explanation of Payment by Bank Transfer

Bank customers who wish to transfer money to a neighboring country should pay attention to the type of transfer. With online banking, financial institutions provide two different options for transferring money:

The SEPA transfer and the foreign transfer.

SEPA transfer (Single Euro Payments Area) means as much as "Single Euro Payments Area". The standardized SEPA transfers enable euro transfers to other European countries at the same fees as domestic transfers. Consumers only need to provide the international account number of the recipient (IBAN number) and the bank number (BIC code or Swift code).

Possible recipient countries are all states of the European Union, the states of the European Economic Area (EEA) as well as Switzerland and Monaco.
